On 6 December, NPS Marathahalli hosted the CBSE Capacity Building Programme on Happy Classroom, led by Ms. Monica Bagchi and Ms. Deepthi Chaturvedi. The engaging session empowered teachers with practical strategies to foster emotional awareness, student well-being, and positive classroom climates. Through activities and reflection, teachers explored emotional intelligence, behaviour understanding, brain–emotion links, and self-regulation tools, inspiring them to build happier, more empathetic classrooms and staffrooms.
